We all aim to stay healthy, exercise regularly, and achieve various short-term and long-term goals. Some of these areas we excel in very efficiently and others go lacking. We usually procrastinate, make excuses, or ride the roller coaster up some weeks and down the next. As an ever evolving and developing professional, I created this blog to help people by sharing information about living the healthiest and fittest lifestyles resulting in inspired individuals well prepared to go and achieve those goals that keep getting put on the back burner. I will explore myths about healthcare, weight loss, and fitness, provide professional insight on combatting healthcare and fitness barriers, motivate people to stay fit, & provide an outlet for people to discuss anything related to the journey associated with these topics.
