First of all I would like to say that this book is awesome , I purchased this book on Amazon, easy to read and very enjoyable. It has taught me discipline on different levels of being healthy not just physically but holistically as well. I realize that sometimes we have to start from the root of the problem and that could explain why we over eat. Intuitive eating , that is my new motto , this book has really blessed my soul, can’t wait to purchase the journal!!!! A Joi you are truly an amazing young lady !!!!!

Book Review: I just completed reading Diets Are Dead by A. Joi Jones and I must say that it’s a very enlightening and inspiring read. It opened my eyes on how to actually start and maintain a fitness routine. My husband and I have been using some of the tips (especially the recipes) to make sure we establish a routine and stick to it. I recommend this book to those like myself who want to incorporate fitness into their daily lifestyle but just don’t know how to get started. Kudos to my Soror Joi for being so transparent yet encouraging and letting people like me know that we’ve got this!!! Healthy lifestyle here I come. #20by40
