Instead of going to a gym or meeting up at the park, I utilize ZOOM as an online fitness studio.  “In the Paint” is significant in that the workout you will experience in my online fitness studio will only require enough space similar to the paint on the basketball court!  You get weekly emails on Sunday with access to classes.  Please maintain the integrity of the program by not forwarding any emails or links!

You can carry ZOOM with you wherever you go.  Here’s how to get connected!
