***First, let me apologize for my absence! There are so many transitions going on in my life (I promise to catch you up soon). Please bare with me & I’ll resume my regular blogging/commenting schedule next Thursday.***
When you think of “branding” for your blog, do you only think of branding for the purpose of sponsored post or advertisements. What about the brand aspect of your hard work in the community!
I know different bloggers share on different levels in their inner circles. I am one that wants all my friends, family, strangers, and associates to know about my blog! If you feel me on that, this post is for you!
I was inspired by Kim’s post to create a Happiness List! This may seem like a quick jot it and keep it moving type of thing. Kimberly challenged herself and unknowingly challenged me in the process to think beyond the usual food, love, and relationships.
Kimberly made me a very happy warrior when she sent me these for the Holly Bloggy Christmas party Reveal Day.
Thanks again Kim! However, that’s not the point of this happiness post!
Why did I just share my mission statement with you? Continue reading
I switched up my previously scheduled post for today because the one word resolution posts I kept reading resonated with me so strongly that I had to participate. I first read Carli’s post, then Kim’s post, which lead me over to my girl Michelle’s link up!
Those of you who are bloggers and have already posted are probably quite aware of my one word by now as I keep mentioning it in the comments.

Today, in honor of 12 months of Blogging at Rx Fitness Lady, I’m sharing some things I’ve learned from this here baby of mine! Oh, and I’m still in the Christmas spirit !
Dear Readers of Rx Fitness Lady,
I hope that all is well with you during the start of this holiday season. I am really feeling thankful this year because for the first time in 8 holiday seasons I’ll be off from work for both Thanksgiving and Christmas, WHOOP! Today, I’ve been inspired to write to you with a spirit of gratefulness.
This blog has been therapy for me that I didn’t even know I needed. All though I started it to position myself as more of an authority in fitness, it quickly turned into my baby.
No, I’m not through here! I just have a few questions! It’s been a while since I wrote a blogging post. Today, I am looking for insight.
All of these questions were swarming through my mind months ago when I had a blog I follow to suddenly stop posting without an explanation. It worries me. I pose the following questions…
