I spent the month of April launching the “revolutionary” Les Mills BODYCOMBAT 63! At the time of this review, I’ve taught or taken this release about 10 times! BODYCOMBAT as you may know, is the fiercely energetic mixed martial arts inspired cardio workout choreographed by international exercise experts! This release in particular was revolutionary with moves and quite cleverly embedded with the track “Edge of a Revolution”! In honor, my BODY COMBAT 63 antics…

Every quarter, Les Mills Group Fitness shares with instructors some educational tips to help us better execute our programs! I was super elated to see this subject matter because one of my fitness SHEroes is currently pregnant and maintained her vigorous instructor schedule for quite a while.
I thought participants would greatly appreciate this information. I’ve seen mommies to be phase in out of programs before and after their pregnancies! I just love to see women continue their fitness efforts while pregnant!

Les Mills programs are so exceptional, I just can’t post enough about them. Anytime I get the chance to highlight a unique benefit of any of the programs, I share it with you!
