TABATA BOOT CAMP

The genesis for Tabata Bootcamp is the emerging body of research that is now showing small doses of exercise add up to big improvements in health and fitness.  Through body assessment, metabolic profiling, web interaction, eating strategies, and “workouts that matter”, this is finally a program that makes sense!


Mantra: “more is not better, better is better”

MY OPINION

Boot camps are not your everyday workout!  They are tough on the muscles and joints if you do them all day every day.  They are for loosing weight and/or a change of pace from your regular workout, like a booster shot!  With that said, this Tabata Boot Camp  will only be offered 3 times in 2013 for those of you residing in the “Cherry Blossom Capital of the World”.

What:  8 Week 30 Minute/Session, 3 Sessions/Week Boot Camp
Who: Anyone short on time, motivated to lose weight, or needs a change of speed
When: Mondays, Wednesday, & Thursdays at 7:00 PM
