It’s Act-Fit Friday, WHOOP! I am super thrilled to turn the blog over to my sister today as she shares with you a recent conquest! I’m sure Allie, Hope, Kim, Michelle, & the Mister will appreciate! Hope the rest of you enjoy baby girl!
There are cuts and bruises all over, I can’t bend my knees, there’s mud in my ears and I am feeling better than I ever have, rewarded for accomplishing my goal. It’s the end to a new beginning of a healthier life.
Happy Hump Day PFL!
Today I’m turning the blog over to a regular reader & commenter of PFL who happens to be my very dear friend for 14 years from FVSU and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.. I promise you that reading this post will bless your day. Join me in celebrating the journey of Arnethia Day as Rx Fitness Lady recognizes National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
October is very near and dear to my heart. Reason #1 is that both of my precious girls were born in this month. As of 10/9, they are both 10 years old until 10/27, only 11 months apart. Needless to say they were both VERY unexpected blessings My youngest daughter Lanaia was actually born at 26 weeks gestation at a whopping 2 lbs 5.6 ounces. They are healthy, independent, and talented young ladies. Continue reading
For this version of Act-Fit Friday, I’m letting you in on all the fun that occurred with the latest Les Mills program release BODYCOMBAT 56.
***Before we get started, please stop by Kita’s blog and check out my guest post. Kita’s conversations on Fridays are one of the things I look forward to each week. Go see what happened with me and the Po Po!!!***

Hello, everyone! I’m glad to have the opportunity to “chat” with you while Joi is off vacationing (lucky little duck! Did you see how she spent the first half of her vacation?). Have fun Joi! Today I wanted to talk to you about the best time of day to workout. Not only does this interest me from a research standpoint but I often get asked this question. There are 1,440 minutes in a day and you need at minimum 30 of them to commit to exercise. But when should those minutes be?
I’m happy to welcome Kita as my very first guest post. I have grown to love her over the past few months with her personal blog where she keeps it 100 all day every day. I respect & admire her growing online magazine as well which is more business minded and inspires people in diverse lifestyle subject matter. Today, she is dipping in my world and keeping it real while on the subject! Welcome Kita!!!
