Today for Act-Fit Friday, I have somewhat of an introduction! Remember a couple of weeks ago, when I posted 35 ways to Celebrate your Blogoversary? I am fulfilling one of those today!
We are almost there to the 1 year celebration!!!
A few weeks ago, Amber (who is clearly not a stranger to the PFL community), passed her Les Mills RPM training! YAY Amber!!! I am so proud of her! If you are not familiar with Les Mills Programs, RPM is the equivalent of a spin or cycling class.
Did that title make you think of Donna Richardson?
I loved that workout DVD! I haven’t watched the 2nd one but I am sure it is just as awesome.
Today for Act-Fit Friday I was actually in the Christmas Spirit!
This time of year people like to make excuses for eating a lot! I say, it’s the perfect time to try something new!

There are cuts and bruises all over, I can’t bend my knees, there’s mud in my ears and I am feeling better than I ever have, rewarded for accomplishing my goal. It’s the end to a new beginning of a healthier life.
For Act-Fit Friday today, I want to share with you an event from a couple of weekends ago.
In the League here, I really love that each year we are assigned one MAIN responsibility. This year, I was the chair of the MOYO party.
The Junior League of Macon, Inc., in partnership with the Motivating Youth Foundation, was responsible for coordinating two events to reward academic achievement and build self-esteem for young ladies in local elementary schools.
Naturally as the chair, I choose the theme of “Kids in the Kitchen (A National League Initiative) & Exercise Dance Party”!

Claudia Noriega is a busy busy lady, but she takes time out to come to BODYCOMBAT express & BODYPUMP every Wednesday morning! She always has a solemn look on her face in the most intense parts of the workout! It tickles me to pieces.
That look is how she feels about life, get it done and keep it moving!
I asked her why she typed that phrase (the title). She stated “that’s all I have time to do, boop, boop, and boop!
As a matter of fact, this was the last thing she typed…
I’ll finish later cause I have to go to work
When I got to class, I told her, she had already answered all the questions. That’s the fast paced life of a single hard working mother! She was so busy, didn’t even realize she had completed the task!
T.G.I.F. PFL! Sorry for the morbidness of Wednesday. At least now, we should all know what we want for our blogs in the unfortunate event that we expire while we are still blogging.

Welcome to Act-Fit Friday! Remember a few weeks ago I said I was going to start highlighting members who take classes from me? Well the time is now!
The main reason for this is to show my appreciation to them as regular members, for readers to learn more about the variety of people who take group fitness classes and why, & to motivate my readers to try group fitness as a part of their workout routine.
We are getting started with one of my favorite people Fit and Fabulous 37 y/o Mrs. Lisa Howard!
As a group fitness instructor, I love working out to music for both choreographed and boot camp style classes. The euphoria from exerting energy through fitness is intensified by bass & lyrics!
You know I’m known to tie some music into a blog post around these parks like “Allow me to Re-Introduce Myself”. The music track on the Rx Fitness Lady Commercial was intricate to that production!
As you can imagine, I was thrilled to participate in the #SetSoundFree discussion on helping athletes & runners experience a better workout with Jabra Sport Plus Wireless Headphones.
